We can also accept payment by cheque or postal order, however goods will only be dispatched when we have received cleared funds. Delivery should be made within 5 working days of your order. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information. How much is the delivery charge? Our standard delivery charges to mainland UK addresses is free. For some outlying areas, such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Scottish Isles, additional delivery costs are applicable. Please email us for further details. Can I have a product delivered outside of the UK? At this time we only deliver within the UK, excluding the Channel Islands and, for some larger items, also the Isle of Man, Anglesey, the Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Islands. Is it secure to give my credit card details over the Internet? Our website is secure from the point where you provide your credit or debit card information, which is provided directly to our payment processing provider, Netbanx Limited, who transact and process credit and debit card payments on our behalf. Netbanx Limited, uses 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to capture card details and process card transactions from our website, and we never see your credit or debit card details. We store the minimum amount of data about you and your purchases. We store your name, address, contact details and information regarding your purchases from us, so that we can provide you with information regarding our products and special offers. Yes, we have access to an extensive range of over 1.3 million spares and accessories. Please email us if you have a specific request and cannot find the accessory or spare that you are looking for on our website. How do I check the status of my order? We will keep you apprised of the status of your order via email, however, you can log in to our website at any time and check the status of your order. Recycling - what do I do with my old/waste electrical item after I have purchased a new one from you? At BuyRight Electricals we are committed to operating our business in an ethical and environmentally responsible manner. As part of this ethos we abide by The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulation 2006, and are proud to be members of The Distributor Take Back Scheme, which promotes and encourages recycling of old household electronic and electrical equipment. Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment (WEEE) should not be disposed of in household waste, but sorted and recovered for environmentally sound disposal and recycling. As members of The Distributor Take Back Scheme our private household customers can take their waste electronic and electrical equipment on a one-to-one basis free of charge to the nearest recommended recycling or disposal facility.
