What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment from a wide range of credit and debit cards including Visa, Master Card, Switch, American Express, JCB, Diners and Electron. As part of our drive to reduce online fraud, we offer the latest in secure payment options – Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™. These secure payment systems offer additional protection by requiring a password to be entered before any transaction can take place. If you are not already signed up to one of these systems, you will have the chance to do so at the payments page. We can also accept payment by cheque or postal order, however goods will only be dispatched when we have received cleared funds. If you wish to purchase from us by cheque or postal order, then please contact us on sales@buyrightelectricals.co.uk at the time of purchase.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery should be made within 5 working days of your order. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.

How much is the delivery charge?

Our standard delivery charges to mainland UK addresses range fro £1.99 to £4.95, depending on the value, size and weight of the item. For some outlying areas and for all islands, including Northern Ireland, additional delivery costs are applicable. Please email us for further details.

Can I have a product delivered outside of the UK?

At this time we only deliver within the UK, excluding the Channel Islands and, for some larger items, also the Isle of Man, Anglesey, the Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Islands.

Is it secure to give my credit card details over the Internet?

Our website is secure from the point where you provide your credit or debit card information, which is provided directly to our payment processing provider, Netbanx Limited, who transact and process credit and debit card payments on our behalf. Netbanx Limited, uses 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to capture card details and process card transactions from our website, and we never see your credit or debit card details.
 
What information will BuyRight Electricals hold about me?

We store the minimum amount of data about you and your purchases. We store your name, address, contact details and information regarding your purchases from us, so that we can provide you with information regarding our products and special offers.

Do you provide accessories and spares for my product?

Yes, we have access to an extensive range of over 1.3 million spares and accessories. Please email us if you have a specific request and cannot find the accessory or spare that you are looking for on our website.

How do I check the status of my order?
